Linda Beachy, Safety Coordinator, Frito-Lay in Wooster, will share the secrets to a successful Return to Work (RTW) Program at the March Safety Council luncheon.

Learn how an effective RTW Program can have lasting benefits for a company when implemented correctly; including lower premiums and expenses. Linda will explain how an effective program can also reduce your soft costs by limiting reduced production, overtime/shift differential, and low employee morale.

Stephen Buehrer, CEO/Administrator of the Ohio Bureau of Workers’ Compensation, leads an agency of 2,000 employees that serves more than 225,000 employers and 1.3 million injured workers. Known for his focus on fiscal responsibility, creating jobs, and emphasizing technology, Steve has helped engineer significant improvements within various levels of government over the past 20 years.

At the March CEO Management Breakfast Stephen will explain how the agency is reducing premiums and helping Ohioans get back to work.
